ASL Pal Refund Policy

This policy is part of the ASL Pal Terms and Conditions.

1Your first subscription: 7 days to change your mind

• Cancel within 7 days of your first ASL Pal purchase for a full refund.
• This applies to every plan: monthly, yearly, and class, family or organization bundles.
• It applies once per account, to your first paid subscription only.
• The 7 days count from the date of purchase shown on your receipt.

2After the first 7 days

• Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel.
• Cancel auto-renewal any time in Settings. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• The next period is not charged.
• The current period is not refunded, in full or in part.

3Bundles

• Class, family and organization bundles are run by the bundle owner, who controls seats and billing.
• The 7-day refund applies to the bundle as a whole, requested by the bundle owner.
• Adding or removing seats mid-period does not trigger a refund for the current period.

4Price changes

• If a price changes, we tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal.
• If you do not want the new price, cancel before the renewal date and you will not be charged.

5Free test access

• Free test accounts, including Wave 1 testers, are not purchases. There is nothing to refund.
• DawnSign may change, pause or revoke free test access at any time, with or without notice.

6How to request a refund

• Email support@aslpal.com from the email address on your account. Include your name and the date of purchase.
• We confirm within 3 business days.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.
• Purchases made through a school or reseller are refunded by that seller under its own policy.
